C Software Engineers, contract, 6 months, Limerick
Our major IT client is looking for C Software Engineer to join their team for 6 months +. The client is based in the midlands.
You will be involved in creation and review of Functional Specifications, design and implementation of complex modules with minimal supervision. You will be installation and delivering developed applications to a customer site.
Skills required:
Industry experience and a strong background in the following areas:
Experience using Virtualization, Cloud-based Applications, Amazon AWS, VM-ware, EC-2
Telecommunications and signalling systems standards/protocols including CAP, SS7, IN/CAMEL, PARLAY, MAP
Distributed, mixed platform solutions
C, C++, UNIX, Perl, Java, CORBA
Experience in the full software development life cycle
Real Time software development
Experience in using software quality processes
Candidates should have good problem solving skills and be willing to work as part of a team
