Job Title: ITSM Transformation & Change Consultants

Job Type: Contract or Permanent

Location: London

Duration: 6 months +

Contract Rate: Negotiable daily rate exclusive of expenses

Our client, one of the foremost UK IT consultancies, requires a number of ITSM Transformation and Change Consultants for a long term projects based in London. We are looking for candidates with skills in the following ares: Incident/Problem Management Consultant, Change Management Process Consultant, BMC Change Management Technical Consultant, Service Catalogue Process Consultant, BMC Service Request Management Consultant, BMC Atrium Service Catalogue Technical Consultant, BMC Atrium CMDB Technical Consultant, CMDB Process Consultant, BMC Remedy Knowledge Management Consultant, Business Change Consultants, BMC Configuration Management Consultants. Knowledge of the BMC ITSM Suite is a basic requirement for this role.

Responsibilities
· Applies technology to improve the IT operational effectiveness or efficiency for BMC Remedy customers.
· Advises the client on best practices to implement BMC ITSM solutions.
· Installs, configures and tailors BMC ITSM products to meet the clients requirements.
· Integrates BMC products to other BMC products and third-party applications.
· Works with the client to test solutions and transition solution from project team to customer operational team.
· Improves the quality and efficiency of the solutions delivered to the client as a means to improve BMC methodologies and consulting business margins.
· Accountable to client for achieving specific outcomes by delivering services as directed.

Desired Skills & Experience:
· Professional consulting experience preferred.
· Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship building skills.
· Ability to translate functional/process requirements and into a technical design deliverable.
· Strong understanding of the functionality of BMC Remedy ITSM with the ability to demonstrate the product and how it supports best practice processes.
· Experience implementing BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, SRM, and Atrium CMDB with customers of varying sizes and industries in a technical role would be a plus.
· Expert technical knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM, CMDB, SRM, RKM.
· Strong technical and functional understanding of integrating BMC Remedy ITSM with other solutions using methods such as API's and Web Services.
· Knowledge of best practices and industry standards such as ITIL Service Delivery processes.
· Ability to advise on organizational change management best practices.

These positions are for contracts up to 6 months and the day rates are negotiable for the right candidates. All expenses will be covered.
