Graduate Recruiter - Performance Management - Banking - Learning & Development

To provide interim support in the management of the ongoing development for the Analysts joining several programmes for a Tier 1 bank based in London.

Key Responsibilities

Rotation Programme Management

  • Plan and manage the rotation process for analysts to different areas of the Business.
  • Work closely with HR Global Graduate Teams and business sponsors to ensure placements not only fit with the business plan but provide development opportunities for all analysts.
  • Manage the permanent placement process of analysts into the business globally.

Performance Management

  • Work closely with the business and analysts to ensure consistent, best practice approach is adopted in how analysts on rotation are managed in regards to poor performance, disciplinaries and breaches to regulatory rules etc.
  • Ensure accurate analyst performance and rotation data is collated, recorded and monitored globally.

Compensation Review

  • Manage the analyst compensation review for all programmes working with the Graduate Programme Manager and work closely with counterparts globally to ensure consistent approach.

M.I.

  • Provide regular reports as required by Global Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven graduate recruitment and development experience (ideally within a global financial services environment)
  • Previous generalist experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Previous programme management experience
  • Good understanding of performance management processes and frameworks
  • Graduate calibre
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience of HR systems/databases
