Contracts Manager
Duration:- 6 months rolling starts mid October onwards
Day rate:- Negotiable DOE

Project:-
Highways construction and engineering project requires a contracts Manager for associated construction and engineering and managing third party contractors installing air conditioning, building works, security, infrastructure, electrical etc.

Role Description:-
The Contract Manager oversees projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget.
Negotiating sub-contract orders and monitoring sub-contractors, planning critical dates, or organising labour. You would also be responsible for agreeing extra work to be done on a contract, helping to resolve any disputes which come up, and identifying areas for improvement in your company's contracting processes.
Health and safety issues will be a top priority in this role, as will managing client expectations.
The candidate should understand all aspects of the contracting process, and technical building requirements - plus good a commercial sense is a must.
Be able to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people.

Essential Experience
+ 5 years in similar role as Contracts Manager
+ 2 years experience within projects with contracts NEC 3 option 3
+ Any experience of similar initiatives to the project desirable.
