Our financial services client is currently recruiting for an experienced Consultant to drive the optimisation of their sales channels.
In order to be considered for this position, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of retail banking processes, products and distribution channels. You will also be well versed in leading analysis into and implementation of changes which will optimise sales channels, improve customer experience and provide business benefits.
Applicants should have a background in analysis and project delivery and be capable of excelling within a complex and pressurised programme environment.
