Project Manager - Contract - North WestA major biopharmaceutical organisation requires a Project Manager to lead a technical transfer programme. The Project Manager will manage a complex assay transfer programme from a European site to a UK site.
Keys skills
*Experience of leading technical transfer projects within the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry is essential
*Good understanding of the regulatory requirements for EU and US
*Technical knowledge of assay validation, capital equipment purchases and the sub-project to implement and validate this equipment
*The project will involve frequent communications with colleagues in other countries
*Stakeholder management and reporting, and the co-ordination of the resources that are assigned to the project is key to this position
*Technical Transfer Management experience - Essential
*Manufacturing / development experience - Essential
*Biopharmaceutical experience - Essential
*QC (Quality control) / QA (Quality Assurance) background
*Frequent travel within the EU will be involved
