My client a global pharmaceutical organisation requires a Project Manager who has extensive experience working in an API pharmaceutical environment. The role of the Project Manager will be to manager and oversee the activities that are currently taking place on site.Job Description:
-Project Management - To oversee and manage the projects on site.
-Quality/Compliance - To ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with all relevant internal policies and external regulations / national legal requirements, including completion of all GMP commitments to plan
-People Management - To operate in a matrix organisation, driving the local team and contract companies to ensure that the project is delivered.
-Continuous Improvement - To explore and identify new and improved processes targeted at improvement in quality and operational performance.
Minimum Requirements:
-Degree in Engineering
-Significant period of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical sector within an API manufacturing environment, preferably gained in a variety of functions.
-Strong GMP background
-Experienced practitioner of good project management practices.
-The job-holder must be a highly self-motivated and energised individual with strong drive and reputation for on time delivery, able to present complex material in a succinct manner appropriate to support prompt decision making.
