Description
We are seeking multiple SAP SRM consultants for six month contract positions with a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The successful consultant will have proven capabilities and experience in SAP SRM and will be able to provide training and support in this environment. Fluent English and German speakers are needed.Responsibilities:
* Deliver support and training within SAP SRM to end users and project stakeholders
* Document observations and findings, develop and augment existing training information and user guides
* Translate user requirements into a succinct requirement for resolution by technical staff
Required Skills:
* Customer service oriented and works well with others
* Minimum 5 years experience using and implementing SAP SRM (7.0 preferred)
* 5 years` experience training in procure-to-pay role or integration (Pharmaceutical sector experience preferred)
* Fluent in English, German (French if possible)
* Experience with indirect ordering using catalogs (Lab procurement experience preferred)
* Demonstrated experience in delivery of training for end users on use of SAP SRM
* Experience with Ariba (version 8) system preferred
* Preferred experience with SAP R/3, ECC and SAP backend configuration
* Experience working in Switzerland is preferred
