Senior TrainerA major Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical organisation based on the Cambridgeshire / Suffolk border has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Trainer to join the team. The Senior Trainer will provide job training & development support to operational staff across the site.
The Role:
*Assist operational areas with the identification of training needs
*Design & deliver appropriate training solutions that meet the needs of the organisation
*Work with departmental managers to ensure that all staff training records are up to date
*Provide support and expertise to the members of the Training and broader HR Team *Carryout those duties that relate to ensuring production and associated areas are supported
Experience:
*Knowledge & understanding of API / Manufacturing environment - essential
*Experience of design & delivery of training, facilitation & coaching skills
*Responding to problems, communication and influence, customer focus, commitment to quality and standards, planning and organising
*CIPD qualification is desirable
