A global pharmaceutical organisation currently have a contract requirement for a Senior Project Manager to work on a large scale CAPEX investment project on an existing secondary fill / finish Pharmaceutical plant based in Belgium. We are looking for a Senior project manager fluent in either French / Dutch OR flemish (and English) with a Pharmaceutical background to manage, co-ordinate and support the successful delivery of the CAPEX investment programme.Job Description:
-Client Representative
-Project Management - To manage the specific project relating to the construction and deliver of the site
-Quality/Compliance - To ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with all relevant internal policies and external regulations / national legal requirements, including completion of all commitments to plan - specifically relating to the accuracy of project documentation
-People Management - To operate in a matrix organisation, driving the local team and contract companies to ensure that the project is delivered
-To work in a safe manner with due regard for the health and safety of self, other work colleagues and the work environment. The Project Manager will also have an ongoing role in support of Safety, Health and Environmental considerations through the development and implementation phases of the project
To be successful for this position we are looking for the following skills & experience:-
-Engineering Degree required (Chemical, Process, and Mechanical etc)
-Experience Project management of construction projects ideally within Secondary pharmaceutical facilities
-Extensive CAPEX experience within a GMP / FDA regulated environment
-Fluent in either Dutch, french or Flemish
-A proven track record in delivery of complex cross-functional projects
-Experienced practitioner of good project management practices
-Able to forge good relationships with project members in a matrix organisation, where the project manager does not have line management responsibilities
-The job-holder must be a highly self-motivated and energised individual with strong drive and reputation for on time delivery, able to present complex material in a succinct manner appropriate to support prompt decision making
Contract Duration : 12 months
