Description
A leading global biopharmaceutical organisation seeks some experienced Project Engineers to help drive forward an ambitious expansion programme. The experienced Project Engineer will have full life cycle knowledge and technical expertise in Aseptic Fill/finish lines. The main aim of this role is to support the manufacture of lyophilised process.The focus of this position will be on the equipment and processes of filling lines. This will involve procuring new equipment, upgrading existing equipment and processes, installing these components, and ensuring the processes along the line are fully qualified and commissioned.
A background within Biotech manufacturing environment, and a thorough technical understanding of Aseptic manufacturing process with specific experience in fill/finish processes. A proven record with leading a team to deliver projects on time and within budget is ideal as this is a highly sought after position in a flag ship project.
The Project Engineer will to provide technical input within an aseptic manufacturing environment which contains the following unit operations:
* Product Thawing & pooling systems
* CIP/SIP systems
* Filling systems
* Lyophilisation
* Lyophilisation loading and unloading
* Milling & blending
* Component Prep (parts washing, autoclaving)
