Description
Inventory Audit specialist team required to join a global oil and gas company. The team of six where one would function as a team lead. The work will be based in Norway at the client`s office however a large portion of the work will be performed in the field, auditing warehouses.Process and activity description:
* Audit of all onshore warehouses, company and 3rd party controlled
* All company owned materials must be described according to the material master standard, which will be provided
* Identify inventory discrepancies and suggest adjustments
* Identify and describe materials not currently registered in system
* Participate in detailed audit process design and audit planning
* Evaluate physical condition of materials, and suggest disposal/scrap/keep
* Work with team to process disposals according to company standards.
Assignment starts:
* 2 persons (team lead +1) to start September 2012
* 4 persons to start October 2012
Requirements:
HSSE
* Actively making sure that all work is planned according to HSSE and IM standards
* Act and follow up actions on HSE issues within own discipline
* Exchanging HSSE experiences and best practices.
* Responsible for follow up process deviations in Tr@ction within own discipline.
Personal skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Good communicator, proactively seeking advise from others and share own experiences with group
* Good knowledge of the English and Norwegian language. Norwegian is preferable but not mandatory.
* Proactive and positive HSE behavior
* Systematic orientated and good skills in problem solving and planning

* Strong team working skills, both in groups and with other disciplines
