Working for a Global Oil and Gas organisation who currently requires an experienced Management of Change Coordinator / Project Engineer to work on a new project at their facility in Norway.

Working in engineering and construction within the new Project to identify and determine changes to the project premise. Develop scope description of changes and assist in determining cost and schedule impact in the project. Expedite the progress of the decision package prior to management approval.

Responsibilities / essential functions of the job*:
Lead and facilitate project Change Board Meetings.
Actively take part in project meetings in order to identify potential changes to the project premises.
Appoint PCR (Project Change Request) sponsors and make sure sponsors follow up their responsibilities and deadlines.
Prepare PCR in SAP and modify/add PCR information if necessary.
Assigns Tasks, Reviewer and Approver.
Determines Subject and Cause Codes.
Processes post approval tasks (Update Functional specification, budget, plan cost and schedule).
PCR Training Project Team.
Prepare cost estimates for potential change requests in cooperation with, and support from, COP estimating team, set/approve contingency and escalation.
Participate and contribute to development of cost and schedule re-baselines (CCEs).

Qualifications
Required Skills*: (Experience)
10+ years work experience in projects in the Oil and Gas Industry (preferred multi company work history)
Strong projects and business driver understanding.
Ability to actively engage and influence employees and management at all levels.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage the work with minimum direction from the Project Manager.
Established industry network
Self starter with strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills*: (Education)
Minimum of a BS in a relevant degree field (engineering, construction, etc). Less formal education may be compensated with documented relevant experience.
