Job Title: Electrical Draughtsperson

A leading name in the West Midlands for bespoke equipment, special purpose machinery and material handling systems has a short-term requirement for an Electrical Draughtsperson, based at their Head Office in Worcestershire.
You will join the existing Engineering team in successfully delivering turnkey solutions to clients both in the UK and abroad. As well as producing electrical diagrams and schematics for individual pieces of equipment, you will also be required to modify existing templates and consult with your manager on how to improve processes moving forward.
You must be able to demonstrate a strong Electrical Engineering background, with a good level of design experience using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD LT or Promis-e will also be accepted). Your electrical experience must be related to bespoke equipment or special purpose machinery, ideally with some knowledge of incorporating PLC hardware and control panel designs. If you have PLC programming experience from previous roles please make mention of this, as it is highly desirable for the nature of the projects underway.
Although the initial sign-up is for a short-term contract, there is potential for this to become an on-going opportunity with a rapidly growing name in their specialised field.
