Description
On behalf of my Financial Services client based in London I am looking to recruit a part time Executive Level PA for a period of 3 months initially.
*Responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly administrative support
*Calendar management
*Travel booking and follow up support
*Assistance with calendar and time management issues
*Organise meetings, meeting facilities and be responsible for the follow-up activities
*Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, schedules and processes expenses
*Screen incoming calls and correspondence, prioritises and responds as appropriate
*Gives support in producing/produces presentations and other material
*Producing agendas, minutes and reports.
*A willingness to undertake other administrative tasks
*Highly organised and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, you must also have the ability to plan and prioritise a demanding workload.
*You must be a first class communicator, with an excellent telephone manner
*Advanced secretarial skills at Executive level, including expertise in Microsoft Office -Word, PowerPoint and Excel - will also be essential.
