Our client, a leading managed service company is currently seeking a IT Change Manager to join their team based in Dublin on a 6-9 months contract position.
Job/Opportunity
- The person should have strong experience in a similar Change/Incident Manager Role.
- Strong Process background ie the ability to improve upon current processes using six sigma or other standards
- Be capable of reporting to C level
- Very strong Communicator in driving key recommendations &observations at all levels across the business
- Capable of working with reporting products such as PowerPoint, excel, etc.
- To prepare professional status dash boards and reporting packs
