We are seeking a talented User Interface / User Experience Designer to mold complex requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions that look and feel just right to the audience.
You must have a passion for understanding people’s behaviors, motivations, expectations, wants and needs and delivering solutions that are gratifying to the user. Experience designing enterprise level applications (web and / or mobile) is preferred. We are looking for an individual who can create intuitive information architecture from complex ideas and requirements, create and identify taxonomies, create and identify interaction patterns, identify use cases, wireframe, prototype, and design UI that is clean and purposeful.
Sample workload:
- Develop wireframes/prototypes and site maps for desktop, web and mobile applications
- Craft user stories, personas and flows from requirements
- Design and document information architecture
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions that are achievable and realistic within given time and budget constraints

Education and experience:
- Degree in Interactive Design or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in UX design
- Experience working in the custom software industry is a plus

- Photoshop or Fireworks
- One or more of the following:

? Visio
? Axure
? Omnigrafle
? Other wireframing and prototyping tools
