Description
Manage WebSphere Infrastructure
- Secure continuity of the WebSphere infrastructure.
- Implement changes via RFC's with regards to infrastructure.
- Implement changes via RFC's with regards to applications.
- Perform dailyanalyses of production-activities, using avbailable means for monitoring and registration.
- Report desruptions on equipment, software and/or processen, as part of informationsystems.
- Perform simple tuning work.
- Solve desruptions within agreed timeframes en communicate with expertiseteams where required.
Perform ITIL processes
- Perform configurationmanagement. Keep configurationdatabase up-to-date.
- Participate in changemanagementproces.
- Take measures to control incident- en problemproces.
- Execute acceptance testing, both new or changed components.
- Maintain and perform production acceptance criteria.
- Prepared to participate in a stand by schedule outside office hours once every three weeks.
- Prepared to participate in 16 hours shifts and occasionally in 24 hours shifts for a short period.
