Site Access Manager - Dublin
We are recruiting for a Site Access Manager to work for a leading Telecommunications company. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest developing telecoms providers globally. I am looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills to perform tactical management for worldwide vendor interface functions, coordinating and managing site access lists and requests, material receipts/shipments, remote hands requests, and similar operational functions.
A general familiarity with WAN fiber network operations and deployment functions is helpful to understand the requirements of and succeed in this position. This position will be the primary interface point between internal site access requests and external vendors, and will rigorously follow established processes.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Maintain permanent site access lists and portal rosters, coordinated between multiple external vendors and internal business unit representatives.
- Maintain internal process documentation for site access, synchronized with vendor policies and updates.
- Provide internal notifications, metrics, and reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Manage front line help desk activities for general site access requirements.
Must possess excellent English language communication skills, with an ability to engage in unambiguous professional dialogue with vendor representatives from a variety of countries and cultures, and have proficiency with software applications including but not limited to: current versions of Microsoft Office, and a functional proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems and filesystems. An ability to compose and manage Unix Scripts is a plus.
