Epiphany CRM Developer, Belgium

My client is looking for a Epiphany CRM developer to contribute to and lead the design and development/enhancement of Epiphany CRM based solutions using best practices.

Main requirements:

As part of L3 team provide L3 technical support. Provide technical advice and guidance relating to system optimization, technical issue resolution and processes. Lead technical architecture design, strategies and plans based on a customer's strategic business and/or technical requirements gained by working with multiple business units across the customer's organization. Provide technical leadership of delivery teams. Ensure a strong degree of communications (internal and external). Ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Key Activities

  • ITIL based Incident/Problem/Change Management
  • Provide functional and technical support to customer in multi-shift mode.
  • Develop an in-depth functional know-how and work flows of the application
  • Develop sound technical and architectural understanding of the application
  • Develop a customer centric approach and ability to multi-task.
  • Pro-active communication of the status of those issues with the clients
  • Work in close co-ordination with client, development and hosting support teams.
  • Translate, communicate and reinforce the goals, values and priorities of the organization through the support desk.
  • Participate in production problem analysis - provide specific, relevant production information to assist in troubleshooting the problem
  • Have understanding of customizations and knowledge to perform impact analysis for code fixing and actually code change
  • Ability to perform tasks related to environment configuration and release deployment

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 7 + years experience in Applications development or implementation or maintenance support of COTS of which at least 3+ years experience in Epiphany CRM.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementation of Epiphany CRM and experience in following: Epiphany Service, Epiphany Sales, Epiphany Studio, Extension, BIO,.
  • Good Knowledge and experience in Telecom technologies and BSS processes.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SQL/PLSQL.
  • Must possess a keen technical mind capable of quickly learning new skills and tools.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • ITIL trained/certification will be a plus
