Function description
C&Q Automation Descipline Engineer (C&Q = Commissioning & qualification)-Follow Automation Factory acceptance tests (FAT) at mechanical supplier workshop (OEM) and at automation workshop.Able to spend several weeks abroad (Europe) to perform C&Q activity.

Key Responsibilities
Automation commissioning and qualification activity:
Organize/schedule C&Q tests between automation supplier and mechanical supplier
Prepare or verfy automation commissioning & qualification set of document
Perform automation C&Q test (I/O tests, sequence test )
Solve automation issue at mechanical workshop and at automation workshop
Fill in commissioning & qualification set of document
Issue C&Q report & test activity reportWork within a multi-discipline team but be autonom as -well
Prerequisites

Education: industrial engineer (Electronic, Electricity, Electro-Meca) option Automation Knowledge: automation & electricity with basic knowledge in instrumentation
GAMP 5 (ASTM approach)
S88 model
System DCS philosiphy
C&Q constraint in pharmaceutical factory
Bulk process equipment

Experience: Automation in pharma
Automation C&Q in Pharma
Delta V (Emerson DCS)
Bulk process equipment (Bio-reactor, harvest, media-prep )
