General Insurance Solvency II Actuary
A Large Insurance Client in the City is looking for an Actuary with General Insurance & Solvency II experience to join them ASAP for an initial 6 months.
Actuary Role Overview
Support the internal model applications needs to be assessed to ensure that it meets legal requirements and that it is fit for purpose.
A large component of this is specialised work reviewing the methodology, actuarial techniques, statistical quality standards and quality and granularity of the documentation of the internal modal overall.
There is a requirement for an experienced GI actuary to cover all of the GI components of the internal model application to provide some assurance that these meet the legal requirements.
Actuary Skill Set
You will have proven in depth Solvency II internal model experience.
You will have previous experience working for an international insurance firm.
Have worked for tight deadlines.
Be able to communicate to senior stakeholders
