SAP CRM Web channel (Front End portal developer) consultant - 1 No.
Basic Requirements:
*Demonstrated thorough knowledge and direct experience with SAP Project Implementations
*Through knowledge and direct experience of implementation and configuration of CRM Service, Service Requests, Service Order, Service Contracts, Customer Management, Activity Management, Service Products, Service Product Management, Service Case Management, Complaint Processing & Management and Web Channel Management.
*Expert Knowledge of industry best practices around SAP CRM Service and Web Channel Management processes.
*Demonstrated thorough knowledge and experience of Business Analysis, developing Business Blue Print for SAP CRM Projects and Configuration of SAP CRM.
*Ability to communicate project status/issues/risks to management team
*Expertise in Workflow, Activity & Task Management in SAP CRM.
*Integration experience with non-SAP systems using Web Services.
Experience:
*4 Years SAP Project Implementation;
*2 Years SAP CRM Service Experience with minimum 2-3 full life cycle Implementations.
Certifications:
The candidate must have the following SAP Certification Credentials.
*Application Associate - CRM Fundamentals with SAP CRM
*Application Professional - Service with SAP CRM
