An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile public sector client of ours, based in Central London. A Commercial Advisor is required to provide commercial leadership and advice to the senior management team in the design of a new company and its commercial operating model.
This includes:
- Development of commercial strategy and business model
- Development of the principles and approach to putting in place commercial/contractual relationships between the organisation and customer organisations
- Develop a flexible resource model for the organisation
Essential skills:
- Experience of executive/board level commercial leadership
- Experience of designing company commercial business models for new companies
- Experience of both designing and implementing complex multi stakeholder commercial deals, models and frameworks
The successful candidate must have, or be willing to undergo, security clearance to SC level.
