We require experienced Customer Service executives with previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
Role:
Dealing with 1st line queries such as password re-setting
Passing on technical queries to to 2nd and 3rd line support
Liaising with New Business and Integration teams
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Clear telephone manner
Helpful and positive attitude
Previous Customer Service or Call Centre Experience
