Great opportunity for recent IT Graduates to join the Service Desk Team at a Fortune 500 Company located in suburban Cleveland. Use your understanding of information systems to assist users with hardware and software related issues. You'll enter a training program that will build your skills in operating systems, proprietary and third party software packages, and enterprise-wide technologies. NO CORP-TO-CORP CONTRACTORS -

Qualified candidates must have:
- Associate's Degree in IT, Bachelor's Degree in IT is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- A passion for technology
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Must be available weekends and for shifts outside normal business hours
