Solutions Designer/Consultant/Architect - Amsterdam (you must have eligibility to work in the Netherlands)
My client, an established technology and telco business based in the Netherlands, are looking to expand their Mobile service offering and are in line to have new MVNO mobile offerings in the market in 2012. To be suitable for this role you must be an experienced Solutions Designer or Architect with demonstrable (end client or consultancy) experience in working on Telco projects. These must include exposure to billing systems and projects ideally with/for an MVNO.
This role is for a Solutions Designer/Architect (covering a wide range of systems) and is not asking for a detailed knowledge of telco networking technologies, rather it is asking for knowledge of the Telco domain, BSS and specifically the MVNO domain. You will have extensive and in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector and the related business activity with an extensive understanding and experience of business process engineering, re-engineering and continuous process improvement and advanced knowledge of at least one of the following areas: CRM, BI, BSS, OSS, PRM, CSS, Billing Systems; You will also ideally have experience of at least one architecture framework (Togaf, Zachman, etc ) and experience of project management methodologies (Prince2, etc ).
Your comprehensive experience will have been gained whilst working in an established MNO/MVNO on both low level and high level design. You will have an extensive understanding of the technology and solutions deployed within an Operator. You will have a consistent track record of shaping, launching and/or delivering large or complex work.
