Siebel Business Analyst - Contract, Belgium

We are seeking a contract Siebel Business Analyst for an on-going project role based in Brussels.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist the functional process owners during all project phases.
  • Perform gap analysis between standard applications and current business process in order to translate requirements to functional design.
  • Responsible of the Design Documentations within designated area.
  • Coordinate and drive design reviews and approval/validation with COE, QA & technical teams.
  • Active participation in the development phase and liaise with Technical lead for any design question from development team.
  • Facilitate the build of Test Scripts for UAT and provide the required support during functional and UAT testing.
  • Liaise with the Data Migration team in order to define Data Mapping and transformation required.
  • Support Deployment Mgr during cutover and post go-live phase.

Essetntial skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years experience with Siebel
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel Configuration (Applets, components, workflows, RTE )
  • Strong knowledge in mapping requirements and processes to system.
  • Strong knowledge in writing URS, functional specifications and Test scripts.
  • Good knowledge in running requirement gathering, gap analysis and UAT sessions.
  • Good knowledge of the Order Management functionalities
  • Good knowledge of TBUI configuration

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of BI Publisher is a plus.
  • Language would be English, German is a plus.

Starting date around mid October - beginning of November 2012. Contract is initially 6 months, possibility of renewal depending on the project opportunities.
