- Initial creation and operation of an Help Desk for the various service offerings within Value Prototyping like Value Prototyping, Cloud-based Test Drive and Quick Start, Cloud Logistics, Dispatching of Expert-on-Demand Requests
Ihre Qualifikation
- English/German
- SME Solutions ( SAP Business One, SAP Business By Design, SAP Business All-in-One /Business Suite)
- Knowledge of Helpdesk & Support Processes
- ITIL Certification
- Process Analysis and Process Optimization
- Technical Background
- Good understanding in different technology platforms
- Ideally some development experience
