Our client is a world leading technology company looking for a Software Licensing Sales Support to join their team in Reading on a contract until June 2013.
The Software Licensing Sales Support engages-over the phone and via email with hosters identified as having a potential shortfall of licenses.
This is a challenging role that requires the confidence and organisational skills to manage a large pipeline of work. Knowledge of licensing compliance is advantageous to be able to help the hoster throughout the process as is an ability to work with organisations in a challenging but beneficial process where there is a fine balance between ensuring they are correctly licensed with sustaining or even improving service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Confident engagement with customers over the phone and via email; clearly explaining why they have been contacted and setting out the process we would like to work through with them to clarify their licensing position.
-Calmly and constructively manage customer through the process.
-Meet and exceed the activity and revenue targets for the role.
Skills Required:

-Imagination - Ability to think, feel, see and hear the customer's point of view.
-Enthusiasm -Genuinely excited about helping customers and solving their problems.
This would be an ideal job for a keen, enthusiastic graduate who wants to get a step on the ladder or someone whom has worked in distribution/channel sales for a year or two and has an understanding of our licensing structure.
