Description
Responsible to the Team Leader Collection & Enforcement for the effective and efficient discharge of all duties in connection with the assessment and maintenance of Council Tax accounts including identification and registration of liable persons, discounts, discount disregards, exemptions and disabled relief.
To have and maintain a sound knowledge of all aspects of Council Tax Legislation and a basic understanding of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.
