Complaints Handler - London - £300 - £500/dayMcgregor Boyall associates are recruiting on behalf of a large Blue chip Financial services organisation for a Complaint Handler.
In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry and also have full financial planning certification or equivalent as you will be required to give advice to end users.
The purpose of this role would be to Research and resolve customer complaints within agreed compensation limits and negotiate solutions to the satisfaction of all parties concerned to ensure the requirements of external regulators and internal standards are met.
Ideally you will have a solid understanding of Swaps, Derivatives and structured Credit.
