Receptionist/administrator needed for a busy practice in Croydon to take responsibility for reception and general administration.

Key responsibilities
* Greeting patients at point of contact and answering queries
* Use internal computer software package for all patient records
* Answering the telephone calls within 3 rings.
* Taking payments from patients for work completed
* Typing - Including audio typing
* Diary management - arranging, rearranging appointments as appropriate
* Produce administration with regards to patient letters, insurance and all routine correspondence.
* Take and relay messages
* Direct persons to correct destination
* Deal with queries from the public and customers
* Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of practice
* General administrative and clerical support
* Receive and sort mail and deliveries
* General administration for practice
* Ensure cash reconciliation within the practice
Location: Croydon
30 - 35 hours per week
8:30am - 5:15pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays
