Description
Key areas of accountability:
- In your role as (security specialist) in (Amsterdam), your mission is to support the project Security monitoring on technical and IT security & compliance aspects using the tool ArcSight.
- Verifying that Security Feeds are correct
- Confirm that all monitoring and activity reports are scheduled to run and have successfully completed
- Log analysis and review
- Security management reporting
- Creating Use Cases for generic IT stack components
- Adding, modify and deleting filters
- Adding, modify and deleting trends
- Adding, modify and deleting rules
- Maintaining and enforcing adherence to corporate and SOC standards, policies and procedures
What do we expect from you?
- Within this project role, it is vital that you have as well technical skill and knowledge about technical infrastructure, specifically in the area of ArcSight as broad general knowledge about security standards (ISO2700x).
We are looking for people with the following profile:
- Relevant degree master/bachelor in IT/security or similar qualifications by experience
- ArcSight accreditation
- SANS accreditation
- At least 5 years experience in IT security specifically on IT Infrastructure, identity & access management, Active Directory, LDAP
- General knowledge of ISO2700x, SAS70/ISAE 3402
- Fluent in English
Soft skills: Highly developed organizational sensitivity

- You must be prepared and able to travel internationally for 15% of your professional time.
