Contracts Administrator (9 month fixed term contract to cover maternity)

Hours - 8.30am to 6pm

A successful recruitment company based in Bromley, Kent are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to cover a 9 month maternity contract. This position would ideally suit someone who capable of managing their own time as well as working under direction, should have excellent organisational skills, with a smart appearance and a flexible approach to work.

The Role

Working within the administration team, and reporting to the Contracts Manager, the general tasks you'll be responsible for include: processing and logging contractor's timesheets and invoices, dealing with any payments queries, chasing any missing documents, dealing with management companies, drafting of new contracts/extensions and terms of business, scanning and filing. You will also liaise with contractors, staff and senior management, clients, and carry out other ad hoc administrative duties.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, keen and capable of communicating at all levels with colleagues and clients. Should be able to be able to act in a confident and calm manner when dealing with clients and feel comfortable dealing with confidential material; including contracts and making amendments where directed.

Work Based Competencies:

  • Strong IT Skills including Excel.
  • Computer literate and competent with the MS Office suite.
