About the job:
You are responsible for preparing the SharePoint 2007 site for the migration to SharePoint 2010, including setting proper metadata, cleaning content, aligning with the team on the required SP2010 structure. Functional knowledge of both, SP2007 and SP2010 is required. A demonstrable experience with content migration or document management projects is a must. The candidate will be supervised by another technical specialist and the project manager, however, the ability to execute tasks independently is important.
Skills you will bring:
You need to understand the concept of using metadata in SharePoint and be able to set up appropriate metadata and permissions structure (experience required). Strong understanding of the User interface possibilities in SP is required. Graphical design skills are a strong advantage. You will be expected to suggest improvement opportunities and solutions.
Required knowledge and skills:
Fluent in English and Dutch, both reading and writing
Functional knowledge of, and experience with SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint2010
Organised and precise
Good communication skills
Very hands-on
A "doer" attitude, dedicated and execution-focused
Good capability to propose improved solution
