Description
Change Management Support Engineer
* Primary task will be as a member of a special action Change Management Group to process and implement engineering changes to drawings and documentation using the Change Management System
* Responsible for the burn-down of the backlog of engineering changes that have materialised since the transfer of the business. Will involve the creation, implementing (eg drawing and documentation changes) and checking engineering changes generated by the rest of the Change Management Group
*Skills and experience will include:
o Knowledge and use of engineering change management processes
o Basic understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical product design and manufacture
o Drawing and documentation change implementation using Microsoft OfficeTM tools; TIFF Drawing Editing tools; Adobe Professional TM
o Typically will have had 5+ years experience within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment, ideally in aerospace or defence industries
