Envato's Tuts+ Premium (http://tutsplus.com) is a video training membership for designers and developers. We have thousands of happy members and are steadily growing.
We're looking for a passionate web designer to work with a team of instructors (you'll build your own team) and lead them in producing a series of awesome web design video courses each month.

You'll need to actively seek out people to create courses, and work with them to make sure the final result is high quality and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is skilled at web design (design and code), who cares about how it is taught, is a good communicator and enjoys management and working with others. You will be comfortable working remotely via email, Basecamp and Skype, and available to attend a weekly meeting on one weekday evening per week (US PST time). Applicants outside the US and Asia may find the weekly meeting time to be inconvenient (early morning in your timezone).
The role is part-time (20 hours a week) with flexible hours that can be arranged around other work. You will earn a retainer of $3,000 USD per month.
