Manning Global is currently looking for Senior Radio Planning and Optimization Experts for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in Oman, to start in Middle Oct. 2012 on a long-term contract basis.
The Radio Planning and Optimization Experts are responsible for the overall Radio Network re-design for GSM/UMTS/LTE/Mimax based on each cell with new Quad-band antenna. They will work with team and communicate with customer and output high quality and professional proposal and are responsible for the execution result.

Responsibilities
• Responsible Analyze in depth the current network topology and structure and output high quality and professional evaluation report about the networks coverage/capacity/performance.
• Responsible for the analysis and communication with the end client about current antenna (GSM/UMTS/Wimax) swapped by the new Quad-band antenna for the antenna performance comparison and impact to the live network after all the current antennas changed to the new quad-band antenna.
• Responsible for the comprehensive RF redesign solution for the GSM&UMTS&Wimax/LTE technology network based on using one quad-band antenna in each co-location site.
• Responsible for the resign solution approved by the customer and ensure the GSM&UMTS&Wiax/LTE network performance achieve the expected target. And ensure to get the acceptance approval from the technical part after redesign solution implementation.
• Responsible output cluster level RF redesign work flow and deliverable.
• Responsible for high level technical presentation to the client CXO level.

Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge and experience for GSM&UMTS&Wimax/LTE technologies and working the sector more than 8 years.
• Extensive experience of Radio Network planning and optimisation solution and practice of large and complex projects(including new site nominal plan and live network redesign), internationally.
• Familiarly with the professional simulation tool (such as Atoll/Unet/Asset,etc) in the RF sector for GSM/UMTS/LTE.
• Thorough understanding of Radio Network Optimisation life cycle, from project initiation and QoS target analysis through to guideline implementation and end to end Radio Network Optimisation using a structured methodology after antenna swapped to Quad-band antenna..
• Fluent English in oral and written
