Network Change Engineer (CCNP/CCIE) - Poland (Krakow)
Languages: ENGLISH (GERMAN and/or ITALIAN are plus)
Skills and experience:
- Understanding and experience with 24 X 7 Operations (IT, NOC, etc)
- High level CCNP level technical expertise or CCIE is the technical skills needed
- Ability to trouble shoot relevant technologies
- Understanding or certification in ITIL a plus with a focus on change management
- Good Customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow process and document tickets
- Base leadership skills to insure processes are followed and issues driven to resolution
- Ability to do detailed documentation, testing, and planning
Description of work:
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to changes they make
- Assist the Incident team as needed.
- Submitting change request,
- Doing other change documentation and planning
