Main purpose of job
- Assembly of Hybrid units in a Clean room Environment.
- Operating Manufacturing Equipment.
- Following Health and Safety Procedures.
- Following Manufacturing and Quality Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of Hybrids in the main manufacturing area which includes processes such as Dice-bonding, Auto Dice-bonding, Manual and Auto Wire-bonding.
- Functional test of Hybrid units using ATE equipment.
- Functional trim of Hybrid units using Laser equipment.
- Encapsulation of Hybrid units using Resistance Welding equipment.
- Printing of Conductor, Dielectric and Resistive material onto Alumina substrates.
- Environmental testing of Hybrid units.
- Solder assembly processes.
- Any other manufacturing processes to meet business requirements.
Working Hours
Working hours are 8½ hours per day (39 hours a week). Working hours may change with reasonable notice to meet Business needs. Employees may be required to work shifts including a 2 or 3 shift system.
