Main purpose of job

  • Assembly of Hybrid units in a Clean room Environment.
  • Operating Manufacturing Equipment.
  • Following Health and Safety Procedures.
  • Following Manufacturing and Quality Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly of Hybrids in the main manufacturing area which includes processes such as Dice-bonding, Auto Dice-bonding, Manual and Auto Wire-bonding.
  • Functional test of Hybrid units using ATE equipment.
  • Functional trim of Hybrid units using Laser equipment.
  • Encapsulation of Hybrid units using Resistance Welding equipment.
  • Printing of Conductor, Dielectric and Resistive material onto Alumina substrates.
  • Environmental testing of Hybrid units.
  • Solder assembly processes.
  • Any other manufacturing processes to meet business requirements.

Working Hours

Working hours are 8½ hours per day (39 hours a week). Working hours may change with reasonable notice to meet Business needs. Employees may be required to work shifts including a 2 or 3 shift system.
