Description
Resource 1 is in need of an SSIS ETL Developer/Designer for a contract opportunity in Downers Grove, IL. The individual will validate that the ETL design and technical specifications are complete, consistent, concise and achievable and will be responsible for resolving gaps in the ETL design specifications by collaborating with the ETL designer, business analyst and data analyst, as well as ensuring those decisions are documented. Will be responsible for producing ETL (SSIS 2008 R2) solutions that meet the technical specifications and business requirements according to established designs. Must be proactive and diligent in identifying and communicating scope, design and development issues as well as recommending possible solutions. Individual will participate in ETL design reviews, conduct ETL unit test and code reviews, work with client and developers to find ETL solution consensus and participate in system and integration test that identifies and remedies solution defect.
