Description
My client requires the services of a Mechanical Engineer for an initial 6 month contract role onsite in Yorkshire.
You will play an important role in building a large materials handling solution for a power station in the north of England.
The Role:
- Manufacture of belt conveyors, storage silos and tanks
- The production of calculations completed to relevant European standards (BS 5500, EN 13445 and ASME VIII)
Key Skills:
- Materials handling background (experience working within power stations, quarries and with aggregates will be essential)
- Experience of Mathcad/autocad
- Stress Calculations
- Knowledge of European Codes (BS 5500, EN 13445 and ASME VIII)
