Job Description:
- Module skill set: OSFM, WMS, discrete MANUFACTURING (TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL ONLY)
- 6 years of experience in supporting and implementing OSFM, WMS and discrete manufacturing modules
- Deep knowledge of OSFM, WMS and discrete manufacturing modules in a support environment
- Extensive working experience R12 OSFM, WMS and discrete manufacturing modules maintenance & support projects
- Good knowledge of setups & process flows
- Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Provide functional and technical support
- Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality resolution to incidents and problems
- Undertake RCA whenever required
- Good team player, responsive and organized
- Strong customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Should have experience in working in a multi- location projects working as a consultant
