Description

We are looking for a Marketing Professional from a financial services background or similar. You need to familiar with compliance, governance procedures and approval process. Some areas the role with cover - online, campaigns, exhibitions, customer communications, and managing stakeholders. You will need to be able come in and hit the ground running. This role is only one year but there is a large marketing department so there is possibility for something else after.

Key Accountabilities:
In addressing the broad facets of the role, the role holder will;
1. Working with the Customer Strategy & Experience team in developing the appropriate customer acquisition and development activities across the customer life cycle.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution ensuring the delivery of relevant and effective marketing activities in support of the agreed channel marketing plans
a. Develop appropriate media strategies and plans to support new business acquisition, x-selling and up-selling - ensuring effective use of all marketing media to meet income objectives and RoI
b. Ensuring maximum benefit is derived from investments in the expertise of external agencies c. Ensure customer driven targeting is utilised to maximise relevance
d. Ensure the appropriate communication of the customer propositions
e. Ensure budgetary & financial adherence and pursue cost and process efficiencies through continuous improvement
f. Ensure the integrity of the brand is protected, enhanced and maintained in all communications activity
g. Analyse and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and activity - making recommendations for future activity
3. Support the development of the overall communications strategy internal/external/PR and Public Affairs.
4. Support the Brand Strategy - defining requirements, meeting Brand Performance Metrics in UKPL channels
5. To ensure compliance with the relevant governance frameworks - to meet Group, legislative and regulatory requirements ie FSA
6. Role model the behaviours and agreed working practices.
