I am currently recruiting for a client based in Surrey who is one of the largest and most advanced companies for the defence sector in the UK. They are currently recruiting for multiple mechanical design engineers to join their advanced team of designers. Experienced Mechanical Design Engineers with Solid works that have experience from a Defence or Automotive background will be ideal candidates for this position. You will be working in a team of designers to develop existing projects as well using design knowledge to consult with the team. A good knowledge of working with sheet metal as well as understanding of tolerances will be a huge advantage when applying for this position.
