Panoramic Associates is urgently seeking a Documentation SME for a Midlands based leading Life and General Insurer, to successfully assemble/collate all Solvency II documentation in preparation for the organisations IMAP submission next year. It is essential that the successful candidate possess a strong financial services background preferably within Insurance, Solvency II experience is also highly desirable.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage and where necessary develop the document standards.
  • To drive and manage the delivery of all documentation requirements for the Solvency II Programme.
  • Collate all FSA documentation, managing remediation and responding to/implementing FSA requests.
  • Lead monitoring and collation of documentation/evidence to support Group's Internal Model Approval Process (IMAP).
  • Take responsibility for overall progress and use of documentation/evidencing resource and initiate corrective action where appropriate.
  • Liaising closely with the SII content owners and SII Programme Manager to track and ensure delivery to agreed timelines.
  • Support technical content specialists (SMEs), within the SII Projects to draft required documents to be developed by the work stream (for suitably qualified individual authoring will be part of the role).
  • Management of issues and risks associated with delivery in conjunction with the project leads.
