I'm looking for a Web Developer/Designer who can make a Scada and PLC interface to a MS SQL Server database.

My Client is an International Pharmaceutical company based in the Netherlands. They are starting a project in the Automation area to maintain recipes for the tablet production department in a database and use them for execution in our manufacturing environment. For this project a web application needs to be developed for the recipe maintenance. The application will be used in a pharmaceutical environment, which is under strict regulatory control. This has implications for the way of working and especially for the documentation to be delivered. The documentation must be in English.

The project team has a need for a web designer/developer to work with the team on the application to add and maintain the recipes. This person preferably needs to work on-site, this at least during the phase of design and first development.

The web application will interface to a SCADA-system (GE-Fanuc iFIX) and PLC (Siemens S5). Although knowledge in these areas is not mandatory it is a preference when knowledge and experience is present.

The web application will run on Windows/XP/2000 on a MS SQL Server database 2008R2.

Profile
For the execution of the project an additional resource is needed to design and develop the recipe editor together with the project team.

Activity list:
-Define technical requirements and configuration of web application;
-Design of the web interface to MS SQL Server 2008R2 database;
-Identify issues and solve them efficiently;
-Manage implementation of defined, developed and tested solutions;
-All activities must follow regulatory guidelines based upon GMP.

Requirements
- More than three years of experience in web development (MS SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript (en
JQuery) en PHP),
- Experience with SQL Reporting, iFix SCADA software and Visual Basic (v6.0) is a preference;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP)
- Identifying and suggesting solutions for problems;
- Extended skills in English reading, speaking and writing;
- Preferably available after project for support on the application.
