Summary
The Senior Integrated Producer will work on a variety of Heavenspot projects, ranging from websites to apps and beyond, both client and internal. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the interactive agency environment, will lead projects as well as support other producers and the Managing Director on projects as needed. Critical to the successful performance of this position will be the ability to proactively support project and project-based company needs, learn Heavenspot systems and bring a working knowledge of interactive and web-based project management. This position is on-site in Los Angeles only - no agencies or recruiters.
Responsibilities:
The Integrated Producer will be responsible for the following:
• Setting up and assisting with project scheduling
• Updating project management systems (Basecamp, Workamajig)
• Scope drafting/ Site mapping/ Milestone scheduling
• Project leadership and support
Additional Duties:
The Integrated Producer may also be asked to perform a number of other duties, including but not limited to:
• Quality control, asset management and delivery
• Meeting notes compilation and distribution
• Administrative and production tasks as needed.
