Description
OSB Developer/Administrator required for a 6 month initial term contract for a well known name in publishing.Essential Skills
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware in general and detailed understanding and experience of working with Oracle Service Bus (OSB) 11g in particular
- Experience of using Weblogic 11g with basic administration skills
- Experience of OSB configuration and deployment of integration artifacts/components in a clustered environment
- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Detailed understanding and experience of working with XQuery
- Experience of developing enterprise application using Java 1.6 or later
Role
- Resolving any data integration issues
- Continual design and improvement of services and code based OSB to make it more easily supportable
- Development of new integrations and logic through the OSB
- Re-architecting where necessary to establish best practice implementation
The right candidate will have the ability to explain in plain English what they are disigning and then be able to go and build it.
